Summary
Praise be to God, and prayers and peace be upon our master, Messenger of God, may God's prayers and peace be upon him.. and after.
This research revolves around the issue of Shura, in the light of the Noble Qur'an. It focuses on the role of women and their right to consult in Islam, and the research aims to show the importance of the principle of counsel in the Holy Qur'an, and that it is a principle of Islam, a rule of its rules, and a distinctive quality for Muslims.
The research has shown that shura is a type of ijtihad, and it is not in the issues stipulated by the judgment. Because Ijtihad and Shura, then, would be an assault on the text.
The research also showed that the Shura is a type of diligence, and it is not only in goodness, but what was in evil is not called Shura, but rather it is called trust.
The research also concluded that the Shura is in private and public matters, and it is binding upon unanimous consensus. Among the most important things stipulated in the research also is that the people of specialization should be consulted, and they must infer their opinions with evidence, and the left is taking into account the opinions, and when it does not result in the matter that Consultation is of benefit, so delegating the matter to God is first.
In conclusion, the Shura is a means and not an end, and the means have the rule of purposes, so if the destination is a duty, then the Shura is obligatory, and if the destination is a delegate, then it is delegated.
And may God’s prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family and all the companions.
