: The 10th century AH brought together a group of encyclopedic Islamic scholars, the most prominent of which was :(Radhi al-Din and his fame in Ibn al-Hanbali al-Tazfi), who enriched the Library of Modern Sciences with his valuable book: (Quaful Athar fe Safwi Olomel Athar). I followed in this research topic the author of this book, following in order the example of (Hafiz Ibn Hajar), in his two writings: (Nokhbatel Fekr) The Elite of Thought.... And (Nozhatel Nazar) ... And that is the most distinguishing feature of this book: the impact of the scientific outcomes of jurisprudence fundamentalism in which it was put. This makes research in the book not easy, but potential benefit is great. I suggest the author has many choices of fundamentalism in his book, which has enriched the book in this way.
The author of the book is firstly interested in dealing with the terminology, he is guided by many of (Almohaddethen), especially Ibn Hajar, who is often quoted in his work, calling him the judge of the judges. The book is really an addition to the modern library I mean modern sciences in particular, and especially what was interested in the origins of jurisprudence, whose usefulness is not realized in most writings in the sciences of Hadeeth.
