The research dealt with blood money in premeditated and semi-intentional killing. If a person commits what God has forbidden and kills intentionally, then the penalty is of the same kind as the work, so he will be punished for it, unless the guardian of the murdered person is exempted, or the killing was unintentional or semi-intentional.
