The disagreement has occurred between narattors and jurists in the narrations of prayer of ‘Tasbeeh’, some had sayed the Hadith is authentic, others sayed it’s good, others had multiple judgments on Hadeeth, others sayed it’s weak, and others sayed it’s invented. The cause of difference in their saying is in the validating and invalidating process, or not seeing all the chains of Hadith. So the judgment has come for one chain transmission that jurists had just known. The importance of the study comes in place that it’s related to devotional command. And as the sunnah established: " God Almighty is not worshiped except by what He has prescribed " . The study has introduction, six chapters and conclusion. The introduction is on the importance of study and reason of choosing it. The first chapter is on the true meaning of ‘Tasbeeh’ prayer, it’s history and it’s form. The second chapter is on the study of most correct narration of Tasbeeh prayer for narrators. The third chapter is on the narrator’s judgment in the " tasbeeh " prayer. The fourth chapter is on the most important rejection of the tasbeeh prayer. The fifth chapter is on the evidence of agreed sayings in the prayer of ‘Tasbeeh’ prayer. The six chapter is on the legal rules and judgments for the hadeeth, and the most important judgment is that the ‘Tasbeeh’ prayer is sunnah for at least one time in the life for its huge reward as seen in the Hadeeth.
