.A comparative jurisprudential study. The nature of this research required the use of the inductive, analytical, and comparative approach. The research was achieved - thanks to God - in an introduction that included the opening, The research questions, its objectives, its approach, its procedures, its limits, its structure, and an introduction: It contains two requirements: the first requirement: definition of the contract, the second requirement: the electronic contract, and a first topic under the title of concluding a marriage contract by means of a robot, and it contains three demands: the first requirement: : Introduction to the robot, its field of use, types and characteristics, The second requirement: definition of the marriage contract, the third requirement: the method of concluding the marriage contract using a robot, and its ruling, and a second topic under the title of concluding the commercial contract by means of a smart agent, and it contains four demands: they are: the first requirement: definition of the smart agent and the method of its work, and the second requirement: definition of the contract. Commercial, and the third requirement: definition of electronic commerce, The fourth requirement: The method of concluding a commercial contract through a smart agent, its ruling, and a conclusion, which includes: The most important results reached by the research, including: The smart marriage contract is a valid contract; Because it completes the pillars and conditions, then the researcher added the conclusion with a list of sources and references, followed by an index of topics
