The tenet of highway robbery punishment on money laundry
A comparative juristic study
In the name of Allah the Most Gracious Ever Merciful، May Allah grant his blessing and mercy upon his prophet Muhammad، hi family، his companions and those follow him.
Islamic law organizes human life in its all aspects to achieve the noble goals and honorable objectives of Islam. These religious judgments and rulings made by the Muslim jurists and mugtahidun are basically meant to set human and Muslim life in its correct path.
These Islamic judgments come to be a deterrent punishment for every one that might violate the rules of Allah threaten the peace and security by revolting against the rulers، causing panic or even endangering the economy of Muslim society.
The danger of the crime of highway robbery is greater than mere theft، adultery or murder sine it might combine all one and at the same time. For this، the highway robbery punishment in Islam extremely sever to deter whoever think of it. As the world comes to be small village thanks to the technological progress، which innovates new social contexts and new crimes whose Islamic sentences and rulings have not yet made by our ancient great scholars، I have considered possibility of executing the highway robbery punishment in the case of new crimes as that of money laundry. However، we should first know about the nature and punishment of the highway robbery crime on one hand، and the nature، resources and effects of money laundry crime on the other side. This study simply comes in as following:
