Coercion of women not to marry.treatmet of jurisprudent contemporary.The importance of the subject stems from the fact that it presents some of the perceptions and ways to confront the coercion of women to marry which has become aphenomenon that disturbs society.
The research consists of four chapter:
In which the researcher exposed to the issue of the definition of coercion of women.
not to marry and the statement of governance and types and explains the negative effects resulting from.Then the researcher mentions the jurisprudential treatment of that question and then the conclusion:It contains the most important results that were reached during the research.
The most important results:
Definition (aladl) is to prevent women from marrying the competent or restricting then after the request for divorce while waiving their rights.
It is not limited to what is issued by the guardian towards his money but includes the source of the husbands and children towards parents and mothers.it also includes asource of community.
It is clear that this matter is for bidden because it causes emotional and mental damage to the women the guardian is asinner if the repeats this matter as stated by the scholars.
