The narration of the hadith with meaning and its impact on the differences of jurists "An applied fundamentalist study"

Abstract

The research sheds light on the narration of the hadith with meaning according to the fundamentalists, the introduction in the opening, the importance of the subject, the introduction to the definition of the Sunnah and its authenticity, the first requirement defining the narration with its meaning, the second requirement the sayings of scholars, the third requirement the evidence, and the fourth requirement the impact of the narration by meaning in the difference of jurists, and from Its jurisprudential branches are straightening the rows in prayer, making up for what was missed by the imam, and presenting penance over perjury, according to the descriptive scientific method, and it reached the most important results, including that the Prophetic Sunnah is the second source of legislation, and it is an argument like the Holy Qur’an, and the hadith narration in the sense is permissible under the conditions mentioned by the public. And straightening the rows is desirable for the crowd, and what the latecomer catches up with the imam is the first rak’ah for him, and giving penance to perjury is permissible according to the crowd.
