The verbal Participation of the al'usuliiyn and its impact on the differences of fuqaha An applied study on the ayt altahara

Abstract

Verbal participation: a method of language, a type of legal discourse, and one of the reasons for disagreement among jurists, and it is reasonably permissible, and its occurrence is possible, from one author or from two authors, in the language, and in alquran alkarim
Participation as it occurs in nouns and verbs is also in letters, and many common words were mentioned in the verse of purity, and scholars differed in their significance, and this difference resulted in a difference in many branches of jurisprudence.
This study is based on two main axes. The first axis is a theoretical study, in which I discuss the definition of participation, its types, its existence and its occurrence in the speech of the Arabs and in the Holy Qur’an, and the ruling on using it in its two meanings together.
The second axis: is an applied study on the verse of purity, in which it clarified the effect of the difference that occurred due to the verbal participation, and divided it into two demands:
The first requirement: the effect of subscribing to names, the second requirement: the effect of subscribing to letters.
Under each of these demands are doctrinal branches related to the noble verse.
Then the study was appended with a conclusion that included the most important results and recommendations and a list of the most important references and sources
