This research deals with the study of "the impact of the corona virus on jurisprudential rulings", and the study concluded the following results: It considers the corona virus as one of the pathological catastrophes of this age due to its occurrence and its need for a legal ruling. - The discussion of this calamity by scholars and specialists and the deduction of the correct jurisprudential ruling for it is one of the purposes of the noble Islamic Sharia. - Studying these calamities shows the extent of the completeness, flexibility and validity of Islamic Sharia for every time and place. - That every incident or calamity is not without a legal ruling. - Studying and researching this subject shows the extent of the completeness and flexibility of Islamic law, its development and its validity for every time and place. - Deriving the legal ruling for this calamity through the jurisprudence of scholars and specialists is a practical application to highlight the advantages of Islamic law and the extent of its development. - Researching this calamity by scholars and specialists and giving it the correct jurisprudential adaptation is one of the purposes of Islamic law, and it contains a response to those who call for closing the door of Ijtihad and blocking the path of deduction. - The urgent need for the efforts of sincere scholars to study such calamities and find appropriate rulings for them, based on the legal constants.
