This study has dealt with one of the most important subjects of the origins of fiqh which is,"The rule of the regarding in general is not about the reason and Its jurisprudential applications". I have reached several conclusions in this regard:
1-The importance of this rule in gathering much about many aspects of extrapolation as a result of understanding and knowing it.
2-Dealing with this rule is a way to reply to the hateful seeing that the rule is only on the reason and cannot exceed to another one either in text or measuring.
3-Working with this rule is a way of facilitating and lifting the embarrassment from the assigned.
4-It has a great effect in many branches of Jurisprudence.
