The research specializes in studying one of the invalidation and rectification words that are rarely used which is the word (perished), its definition, and an explanation of what the scholars meant when it was used, and highlighting the importance of knowing the meanings of the words and phrases of invalidation and rectification that used by the scholars and their effect in judging the narrator, and the consequences of that In terms of accepting or rejecting his hadith.
Also, knowing the correct pronunciation of the word perished “mawd” and explaining its meaning and knowing the narrators about whom this phrase was said.
The research included an introduction, two sections, and a conclusion. Introduction includes the importance of the research and its objectives, the research problem, its limitations, previous studies, the research plan, and the research methodology.
The first section includeincludeed the meaning of the word (perished) and its adjustment. The second section: the applied study (the narrators who were called perished). The research concluded with a number of results, the most Important of which are:
