Abstract

Introduction
Praise be to Allah، the lord of the worlds، we praise him and thank him and seek his help. and seek refugees with Allah from the evils of ourselves and our evil deeds. Whoever guided by Allah is the one who is guided، and whoever misleads will not find him a guide. and peace be upon our master Muhammed the slave of Allah and his messenger  the head of the pious and the master of all creatures, yet…….
The science of the principles of jurisprudence    fundamentals is a great science and of a great  benefits yet it’s a far fetching science. As said by Imam Al-Ghazali “its like riddles and puzzles and needs explanation which need to be annotated. As I am honored that I specialized in this great science، I want  to write this time in a different way from what I’ve written  before. To handle one of the fundamentalist and some of his fundamentalist views and try to apply them to his jurisprudential views through his books.So I will address Imam Al-Sanaani، the mark of Yemen  in the twelfths century  and the revival of the sciences of Sunnah ، Mr Albadr  Muhammed Ibn Ismail Ibn Muhammed AlAmeer.

I have divided the topic into an introduction، a preface، two demands، a conclusion and index.
_ Introduction: here I talked about the importance of the topic and the research approach.
_Preface: contains a very brief autobiography of Imam Al-Sanaani.
_First demand: is on the fundamentalist views of the Imam in the introduction.
_Second demand: is on the fundamentalist views of the Imam in Shariaa rulings.
_Conclusion: it includes all the results obtained.
_Index: of references and topics.
*My approach in station these views is as following:
_Mentioning the fundamentalists views and attributed them to their positions without numerating all proofs and views، I just mentioned some as needed.
_Stating the views of Al-Sanaani from his book comparing them to the doctrine of the public and the Hanafi.
_Mentioning the evidences cited by the Imam to prove his doctrine.
_Mentioning some evidences of other doctrines.
_Mentioning some branches of jurisprudence devised from his fundamentalist views if found.
And our last pray is praise to Allah، the lord of all worlds
