Abstract

: (Assigning the impostor among the fundamentalists between the investigation and application)
         This research includes an introduction and a preface and five investigations and conclusion:
          The introduction includes:
First: Begin with the appropriate subject.
Second: The importance of research and the reason for its selection.
Third: The research plan.
Fourth: Previous studies.
Fifth: My method of research.
 Boot: In the definition of coercion and commissioning.
       It includes two requirements:
First: Definition of coercion and its types and conditions.
Second: Definition of the assignment and its terms.
The first topic: the cause of disagreement and the liberation of the place of conflict in the assignment of the impugned.
The second topic: the sayings of the scholars and their evidence in the assignment of impurity.
It includes three demands:
The first requirement: I say scholars.
The second requirement: evidence and discussions.
The third requirement: the correct view.
The third topic: the apostasy of the apostate to what is not forced.
The fourth topic: the rule of the act of impiety.
The fifth topic: Fiqh applications.
Section I: Compulsion to utter the word infidelity.
Section II: Compelling the fasting to eat
، drink and intercourse.
Section III: Forced marriage and divorce.
Section IV: Forced sale or purchase.
Section V: Compulsion to destroy the property of others.
Section VI: Compulsion to acknowledge.
The conclusion: will be in the most important findings through my study of the subject
