Abstract

The question of the position of almuetazilaand Kant of the
philosophical doctrines revolves around the source and nature of the binding obligation, which makes moral immorality a source other than the human mind.almuetazilahad the prerogative of Kant for many centuries in the importance of focusing on the moral duty as well as the totalitarian view and its integration by virtue of its Islamic religious background. To the contradictions of the obligation in the doctrinal doctrines of the mental and experimental that fit the nature of man.
