Abstract

To be of great importance to the scholars, it is the latest in the fatwa, where many judgments are adopted, when the other evidence is lost, which entails the flexibility of Islamic Sharia, and therefore the need to study this guide is an empirical theory.
It is also an important foundation and an exclusionary approach by which the Fuqaha ' are relying on the legal provisions for the renewed facts in which the Former ancestors did not come to terms, and they did not show an opinion, without being left out of the avenue or being left out of the way.
